Chris Smolko, Owner/CEO

The Outer Banks is where Chris and his Family call Home. He has lived in Nags Head for over a decade. His love for the ocean has drawn him in and he now calls this beautiful place home.
Chris is a hardworking professional. He is a FILA National Wrestling Champion and a wrestling letter winner for Virginia Tech. He graduated from VCU with a degree in Business Administration.
After hours of cleaning pools and waiting tables, Chris was able to afford his first house. This is where his Handyman career really began. Over the past seven years, He has completely transformed his house into a home. He would like to help you now!
